安装浏览器扩展，不需要连接网页版，也可以直接随时使用大术专搜，完整的功能且用起来更顺手！Install browser extension to use Big Search directly at anytime without connecting to web app. Full functions will give you a more super handy use!

使用说明Usage

以 灵活又顺手 的方式 在(切换) 任意一个 或 (连续)多个 搜索引擎（或任意网站）进行搜索。

（使用网页版时，请注意允许浏览器的弹窗）

  • 输入后，点击表格右列中的按钮，即可在相应网站（或数据库）中进行相应分类的操作（如搜索）。将打开新分页显示结果。

  • 最后使用过的按钮被加亮显示，下次敲击回车即可再次调用。

  • 双击搜索历史中的条目，快速将条目插入至输入框
    • 单行编辑状态下，双击为替换文本
    • 多行编辑状态下，双击为插入至光标处

大术专搜 当然不只是一个简单的搜索请求发送器。可以访问源代码页面，以了解其一些“独门特技”。

推荐安装浏览器扩展，以发挥真正的连续搜索，以及快速切换引擎功能。用起来超顺手！此网页版主要为演示及尝试。

Handily use / switch any one or multiple (uninterruptedly) search engines (or search any websites) via a flexible tool.

(When using the web app, please choose allow if browser warn for popups)

  • After finish inputting, click button(s) in the right column of the table to perform an operation (e.g. search) in the corresponding engine (or website/database). A new page will be opened to display the results.

  • The last used button is highlighted, and can be used again by pressing Enter.

  • Double-click an entry in the history to quickly insert the entry text to the input box
    • In single-line edit mode, double-clicking replaces the text
    • In multi-line edit mode, double-clicking inserts to cursor

Big Search is more than a simple web search request sender. Visit the source code page to know what's special about it.

It's recommended to install browser extension, to be truely able to uninterruptedly multi-search and quickly switch engines. Use super handily! This web app is mainly for demo and try.

必知技巧（网页版）Must-know Tips (for web app)

  • 如果使用网页版，可以让浏览器在 后台 打开新页，方便连续点击，以调用不同的搜索引擎来搜索同一关键词。
    方法如下：
    • Firefox： 在地址栏输入 about:config ，确认进入后，设置 browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground = true

    • Chrome 等： 按住ctrl键再点击按钮，以临时在后台打开新页

    • 其他浏览器： 有些浏览器在设置中可以选择。大部分国产浏览器为Chrome内核，因此可以尝试Chrome的方法

  • 推荐安装浏览器扩展，则不需要以上设置，连续点击搜索很方便。用起来超顺手！

  • If you use the web app, you could make browser open new tabs in background, so we can click without interruption to use different search engines to search for same keyword.
    Here's how to:

    • Firefox: open about:config. Set browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground = true

    • Chrome-like browsers: Click buttons with key ctrl pressed, to open new tabs in background temporarily

    • Other browsers: Some browsers may have option in settings. Most browsers are Chrome based, so you can try Chrome's method

  • It's recommended to install browser extension, to easily do uninterrupted search without above settings. Use super handily!

本搜索工具的代码一部分最早可追溯到2008年左右。2015年首次将网页功能发布在网上可公开使用。2020年代初，才发现webExtension和JS已经标准化，于是做出了浏览器扩展版本并开了Github repo。

尽管部分设计仍有岁月的痕迹，但它一直很现代并很好用。
